Voetwortelbeentjes

Voetwortelbeentjes zijn kleine botjes in de voet die zich tussen het enkelgewricht en de tenen bevinden. In totaal zijn er zeven voetwortelbeentjes die het mogelijk maken dat de voet kan bewegen en de belasting kan dragen die tijdens het lopen of rennen op de voet wordt uitgeoefend.
